"This is the culmination of a lot of hard work over many years. Joining the AG2R CITROËN team as a professional is the realization of a childhood dream. I was born in Savoie, I spent my junior years at Chambéry Cyclisme Compétition and the beginning of my U23 years at Chambéry Cyclisme Formation. I couldn't imagine any other course than this one. Now, this is only the beginning. I want to be part of the group and help the team as soon as possible. I know a lot of riders of the team, that will help me. I'm looking forward to discovering professional racing, even if I've already had a taste of it these last two years with the French team and the Swiss Racing Academy.

Dorian Godon extends his contract by one year
Initially linked with the AG2R CITROËN team until 2024, Dorian Godon extends his contract by one year until the end of 2025. He has been part of the squad since 2019. "I am very happy that the team trusts me for another year, especially after this season thwarted by injuries. Having a contract until 2025 is a guarantee of serenity for the future. I would like to thank Vincent Lavenu and the whole staff for that. I feel very good in the team. I can't wait to express myself at my highest level on the bike again, starting at the end of the 2022 season," said Dorian Godon.
