"I felt really good today. It was fun, it was fun. We decided to run an aggressive race. We had to be concentrated all day long because there is always a succession of climbs and descents. This is a great collective performance for the whole AG2R CITROËN team. Yesterday I didn't have the legs for the final part of the race. But here, everything was going well. At the end, I was nervous with Herrada at my side. I gave it my best shot. I'm really happy. It's good for the Tour de France, a big challenge. My start to the season has not been easy. The AG2R CITROËN team placed five riders in the top ten overall. Besides Ben O'Connor, Dorian Godon is fifth, Lilian Calmejane seventh, Nans Peters eighth and Clément Champoussin tenth.
