Ben O'Connor: "It's a solid result

"It wasn't my best day of the week and I rode the time trial hard. Fifth overall, while fighting for stage wins, is a solid result. I'm happy with the work of the whole team and proud of this ranking. It's a good sign, especially since this season I have always finished in the top 10 of the final classification of the stage races I have finished. I'll stay in Switzerland for a few days to rest and reconnoiter the Swiss stages of the Tour de France before leaving for a training camp in Sierra Nevada (May 12-29). My form and results are in line with what I expected at this time of the year. The next goal is to get on the podium in a stage race."[/su_quote]
