My success in Courchevel is the finest moment of my career. My victory at the Tour de Suisse in June was already a turning point, but now I know I'm capable of playing a leading role. I'm proud of what I've achieved.
My role has changed over the days, as I've had to come to terms with the fact that I'm now a leader. My team-mates gave me confidence and were incredibly supportive. I could never have achieved these performances without their help. Joining AG2R CITROËN in 2022 was the best decision I ever made. I regained my self-confidence, and today, hard work is paying off. I'm very grateful to the team management."

"We finish this Tour de France with an immense sense of pride. Felix Gall is the revelation of this 110th edition. His stage victory in Courchevel, after leading alone over the Col de la Loze, will go down as one of the great images of these three weeks of racing. This success confirmed his talent and boosted his confidence ahead of the home straight, where he continued to push his limits. Felix is an exceptional rider . His second place on Saturday at the Markstein after being the only one to follow Jonas Vingegaard and Tadej Pogacar confirmed that he is one of the world's best climbers.
In his wake, the entire AG2R CITROËN team shone on this Tour de France, which we conclude with eighth place overall and five stage podiums. From a collective point of view, this Tour de France was one of the best. The state of mind of our riders team was irreproachable. Their behavior on the Courchevel stage, where the whole team contributed to Felix's success, is a symbol of this. It's up to us to keep the flame burning for the second half of the season.

Felix Gall's victory on stage 17 in Courchevel was the 22nd Tour de France win in the history of the AG2R CITROËN team. The French team has won on each of the last four editions: Nans Peters won in Loudenvielle in 2020, Ben O'Connor in Tignes in 2021 and Bob Jungels in Châtel in 2022.
