Benoît Cosnefroy
"Winning here is very symbolic for me".
"One year follows another, and no two are alike. I'd been going through a difficult period for eight months, and I have to admit that now, all the emotion is coming back, and I'm happy. I've never doubted that I could get back to my best, but winning here is very symbolic for me, it's something special. I'd like to thank the whole team. I was patient in the final because it was quite disorganized, but I never doubted: the moment I launched my sprint, I was able to take the suction from Clément (Venturini), then overtake him to win. I've worked very hard to come back after my injury, and given the work I've put in, I knew it would pay off in the end."
