"Supporting riders NewGen in a long-term project".
"The development and performance strategy implemented by the WorldTour team is applied and adapted, at NewGen level, to the Continental and Juniors teams. In perfect harmony with our partners' commitments, our aim is to support the riders NewGen teams in a long-term project aimed at reaching the highest international level. To this end, we have strengthened the structure and coaching of our young riders players so that they can maximize their potential. The DECATHLON AG2R LA MONDIALE Development Team 2025 roster, comprising twelve riders riders of seven nationalities, is built in line with our sporting ambitions for the coming seasons: to perform well in stage races, which are part of the team's DNA, but also in the classics, in the image of Antoine L'Hote's victory in the Paris-Tours Espoirs this season."
