"Detecting and training young talent has been a strong commitment of AG2R LA MONDIALE for over 20 years. In 2023, we wanted to fully integrate the training channel at the heart of the team by creating the NewGen, a channel of excellence to further strengthen the support of young generations. At the heart of the team's sporting strategy, it has already enabled young riders riders to make their mark and join the elite of professional cycling. This is a real source of pride for our Group.

"I'm delighted to announce that our workforce will be strengthened by the arrival of new riders players from the NewGen, one of the pillars of our strategic vision. Our detection and training efforts have enabled us to identify and train five riders, with different profiles, who meet the requirements of the highest world level. They are Léo Bisiaux, Oscar Chamberlain, Noa Isidore, Rasmus Søjberg Pedersen and Paul Seixas. We are delighted to be able to offer them the opportunity to develop within our structure, and to put into practice our project to train and support young people riders.
