"It's a great reward to win the Coupe de France overall. These are races I enjoy, with final circuits where the public always responds and a special atmosphere. After coming so close in 2019 and 2020 (twice second), I'm delighted to win it. We had a great year in the French Cup, with Paul (Lapeira) coming second. Not forgetting the team victory, I'm obviously very happy on a personal level with this season, and this ranking comes as a reward for the whole team."

Hegemony over the Coupe de France.
French Cup hegemony:
With Benoît Cosnefroy's victory, Paul Lapeira's second place and the best young rider ranking, the Coupe de France season was a great success. Not forgetting the six victories shared between these two boys, which enabled the team to win the overall team ranking. This victory rewards the team spirit, always present at the French Cups, as exemplified by Pierre Gautherat, who took fourth place in the final round at the Grand Prix d'Isbergues.
Louis Chaleil wins the Keizer der Juniores
After taking second place in the time trial, and thanks to a good team effort on the final stage, Louis Chaleil wins his second overall classification of the season after the Guido Reybrouck Classic.

The number
Like Paul Seixas' place at the European Junior Championships. At the start with the French team selection, Paul managed to isolate himself at the front of the race with two others riders. He finished on the third step of the podium after a sprint against his breakaway companions.
